ATTENTION: although this picture may look silly, it is not that funny of a situation.
Where do I even begin? So my roommate Paula got in an accident on her scooter. She hit her head. Not good, not good at all. They thought it was a concussion but the CT scan showed bleeding in her head. She stayed at the hospital for two nights. So we've had the priviledge of experiencing socialized medicine first-hand. She shared a room with some natives. We had fun playing charades. We are back in the apartment now, safe and sound.
